SMTP problem (now resolved)

11:40 BST - We have been experiencing problems with our SMTP cluster in the last few minutes - we have fixed the problem on one of the cluster servers and service is now restored, albeit in a degraded state as there is now no resilience. We will investigate further with the other cluster members before adding them back into service. Service interuption was no more than 10 minutes.
