In-Tuition Networks - Service Status

On Sunday 29th November 2009 starting at 11am GMT we will be performing an upgrade of our Zimbra platform from 5.0.16 to 5.0.20. We expect the Zimbra upgrade to take approximately 3 hours, although the window is scheduled for 4 hours.

Maintenance Start: 11:00 (GMT) 29th November 2009

Maintenance End: 15:00 (GMT) 29th November 2009

Once we commence the Zimbra upgrade all incoming email will be queued, access to the Zimbra servers will be restricted and Zimbra customers will not be able to access their mailboxes.

We advise that you upgrade all users to the latest version of ZCO after the servers have been upgraded to 5.0.20 as there have been a number of bug fixes related to ZCO. We recommend that you conduct testing of ZCO as part of your roll out planning.
