In-Tuition Networks - Service Status

On Sunday the 15th November 2009 starting at 11am GMT we will be re-organising some server and SAN equipment and subsequently performing an upgrade of our Zimbra platform from 5.0.16 to 5.0.19. We expect the equipment re-organisation to take approximately 4 hours during which there should be no downtime although at times we will be at risk due to degraded redundancy. Zimbra will be upgraded once we have completed the server changes. We expect the Zimbra upgrade to take no more than 3 hours.

Maintenance Start: 11:00 (GMT) 15th November 2009

Maintenance End: 18:00 (GMT) 15th November 2009

Once we commence the Zimbra upgrade at approximately 15:00 all incoming email will be queued, access to the Zimbra servers will be restricted and Zimbra customers will not be able to access their mailboxes.

UPDATE: The equipment re-organisation took longer than expected and has meant we no longer have time to complete the Zimbra upgrade during this maintenance window.  The upgrade has been cancelled and we'll be enabling access to Zimbra shortly.  The Zimbra upgrade will be rescheduled for another time.
