On Sunday 7th March 2010 starting at 3pm GMT we will be performing an upgrade of our Zimbra platform from 5.0.20 to 6.0.5. We expect the Zimbra upgrade to take approximately 3 hours, although the window is scheduled for 4 hours.

Maintenance Start: 15:00 (GMT) 7th March 2010

Maintenance End: 19:00 (GMT) 7th March 2010

Once we commence the Zimbra upgrade all incoming email will be queued, access to the Zimbra servers will be restricted and Zimbra customers will not be able to access their mailboxes.

IMPORTANT:  There is an outstanding bug with the 6.0.5 Outlook Connector that prevents Blackberry devices from using the local desktop sync software.  If you need to use this software DO NOT update the Outlook Connector.

On Sunday 21st February 2010 starting at 4pm GMT we will be transferring some of our Zimbra services to faster hosts.  This transfer requires that we shutdown the Zimbra service for a short time.

Maintenance Start: 16:00 (GMT) 21st February 2010

Maintenance End: 16:30 (GMT) 21st February 2010
